How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance for Full Service Planning, and at least 3-6 months ahead for Month-Of Coordination. Popular dates fill quickly, especially during peak wedding season (May through October).

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Seattle and primarily serve King County and surrounding areas including Bellevue, Kirkland, Snoqualmie, and the greater Puget Sound region. Travel to other locations may incur additional fees.

Do you provide vendor recommendations?

Yes! With Full Service Planning, we provide curated vendor recommendations based on your style, budget, and vision. For Month-Of clients, we can review vendors you've already selected.

Can we customize our package?

Absolutely. Every couple's needs are different. Reach out to discuss your specific requirements and we'll work together to create a package that fits your budget and timeline.

What happens on the wedding day itself?

On your wedding day, we arrive early to oversee setup, manage vendors, coordinate the timeline, and handle any unexpected issues. Our goal is for you and your family to be fully present and stress-free.
